Purchasing Physical Goods

 

In Purchasing the Cabin(s) or physical goods, the buyer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. All sales are in Canadian dollars.

2. All cabins are sold as recreational bunkies.

3. Amount due must be paid in full to True North Canadian Cabins before pickup.

4. True North Canadian Cabins is not liable for any products damaged or lost after it departs our premises or during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment/towing carrier you have hired to file a claim.

5. It is the buyer's responsibility to abide by local code requirements which may vary for issues focusing on life-safety requirements such as stair width, stair rise and run, egress windows and smoke detectors, etc.

6. It is the buyer's responsibility to consult with his or her regional by-laws to determine that the cabin(s) purchased meet(s) all current federal, state/provincial and local codes, ordinances/bylaws and regulations, etc. and are appropriate to specific site conditions and their intended use.

7. Any use of the cabins without adaptation to changes in codes, standards, site conditions and other factors is at the buyer's sole risk.

8. True North Canadian Cabins assumes no responsibility for changes made to their cabins by others and makes no warranties, either expressed or implied, in the use of these cabins.

9. The buyer agrees to defend and indemnify True North Canadian Cabins for all claims, costs, loses or damages resulting from the use the cabins.

10. Before buying a cabin, it is the buyer's responsibility to check all details, and verify conformance with governing code requirements for the geographic area in which the cabin is to be placed.

11. True North Canadian Cabins disclaims any liability for negligence by the buyer or the buyer's misuse of the cabins.

12. All cabins and structures are sold as described and as is.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 60-90 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, completing orders may be delayed by additional days. If there will be a significant delay in fulfilling your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Damages

1. True North Canadian Cabins is not liable for any products damaged or lost after it leaves our premise or during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

2. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind our cabins and products and the way we’ve described them to our customers. All sales are final on our cabins products.

 

Order processing time

All orders are processed immediately and take a minimum of 60 to 90 business days to complete. After your order is complete, we expect you to arrange the shipping of the physical goods which includes cabins, bunkies, sheds etc to your desired location. We are located at 114 Wolf Lake Rd, Madoc, Ontario.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We do not offer shipping at this time. However, we can recommend service providers to you that you may contact to deliver your pre-contructed cabin for you. It is up to the buyer to perform due diligence in hiring a shipping or towing company. True North Canadian Cabins does not interfere or get involved in any disputes between buyer and shipping/towing.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

1. All cabins, plans and drawings listed on this site are protected by Canadian copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, sale, or transfer of plan images contained on this site or any other work produced herein is a violation of these laws. These laws allow the copyright holder to recover damages of up to $100,000 per offense.

2. All content, graphics, and other data stored on this website not expressly stated as being from another source are copyrighted 2022 by True North Canadian Cabins.
